The Sacyr CSR Master Plan covers the company’s vision, commitment and guidelines in this area, and is an essential part of the organization’s identity. Also, in 2007, Sacyr joined the United Nations Global Compact, committed to driving and practising the 10 ethical principles based on a set of fundamental values in the areas of human rights, anti-corruption, employment laws and the environment.

School-Free Day: this initiative has been implemented in the Madrid Community and offers recreational, educational and sporting activities to employees' children on school-free work days.
