With this internship, I had the chance to improve my communication skills and learn different languages… I learned so much with this internship, and having the opportunity to see how the business works firsthand was amazing for me… Another take-away is the ability to make friends...

Sacyr has the Talentya Programme, a programme that is recognised and acknowledged within and outside of the organization.

This programme is specifically aimed at recent graduates who are starting their careers and are interested in joining a company that loves challenges and has accredited leadership in the management and construction of complex infrastructure projects.

In all areas of the company in Spain and abroad, the objective of the Talentya Programme is to hire the best junior talent in an ambitious and structured development program with a specific Retention Plan. Over 24 months you will have the opportunity, within a specific career plan, to develop towards future key positions in the company.

The group is set up by recent graduates, with strong language skills and available for International Mobility .
